Ricky joined the Financial Reserve team in 2022 as the first permanent Texas advisor. He holds the Series 7 and Series 66 licenses with Cambridge Investment Research as well as life and health licenses.
Before joining the firm, Ricky worked as an advisor at Northwestern Mutual in Dallas, TX. Ricky earned his B.A. in Finance and a minor in Psychology at the University of Arkansas.
Ricky and his wife, Olivia, reside in Dallas, TX. Ricky enjoys basketball, golf, reading, playing poker, and being active outdoors.
Dave Pederson

Dave is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds the Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) designation. He holds Series 7, 24 and 66 licenses with Cambridge Investment Research as well as life and health licenses. Dave is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Prior to joining Financial Reserve, Dave worked with accounting firms Coopers & Lybrand and PricewaterhouseCoopers and as a senior director at Banfield. Dave earned his B.S. and M.S. in accounting from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.
Dave and his wife, Krystal, have five children, Nicole, Nathan, Derek, Lauren and Kurt. Dave enjoys spending time with his family, being in the outdoors and playing sports, especially basketball.
